Our week here started off with a birthday, which is always fun. Until chore time.
We went to visit the Big Mouse in honor of the exciting day.
Now that my youngest is five, I worry he'll outgrow his cute sayings like this:
It's not just my little guy who's growing up. My first grader has been going through another rite of passage.
February doesn't just bring birthdays. It brings renewal forms for the kids' health insurance. Fun times.
Homeschool stuff is going all right, but the kids were a little distracted with the sunshine. And I was a little distracted with exhaustion.
I was also fighting a cold earlier in the week.
(It actually wasn't THAT bad, by the way.)
I'm in between writing projects, which mean I still have a lot of work, but I'm also trying to take time to do other things. Like housework.
And grocery shopping.
And, of course, church.
Here's wishing you all a wonderful, humor-filled week ahead!
